4. Discounts

5. Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the service date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 14 days before the service date will not be eligible for a refund.
– In the event of a cancellation by Hatch Ideas, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking.
6. Changes to Bookings
