Terms and Conditions for Booking Paid Services from Hatch Ideas
- General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in any paid services offered by Hatch Ideas. By making a booking, you agree to comply with these terms.
- Booking Confirmation
Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate to receive this confirmation.
- Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as specified during the booking process. Prices for services are subject to change and any promotional discounts will be applied at the time of payment.
- Discounts
Discounts offered by Hatch Ideas can only be utilised by the registered account holder.
Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared or passed on to other individuals.
Any attempt to misuse discounts may result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of any payments made.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Policy for Workshops
– Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the service date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made 8 – 13 days prior to the service date will receive a 50% refund or transfer to another workshop
– Cancellations made less than 7 days before the service date will not be eligible for a refund.
– In the event of a cancellation by Hatch Ideas, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your booking
Cancellation Policy for Business Growth Retreats
Cancellation by Participant:
– 30 Days or More Before Retreat Start Date: Participants may cancel their registration for a full refund, minus a £350 administration fee.
– 15-29 Days Before Retreat Start Date: Participants may cancel their registration for a 50% refund.
– 14 Days or Less Before Retreat Start Date: No refunds will be provided. However, participants may transfer their registration to another individual for the same retreat.
Cancellation by Organiser: In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by Hatch Ideas, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made. Hatch Ideas is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants (such as travel costs)
Transfer of Registration: Participants may transfer their registration to another individual up to 7 days before the retreat start date. Please notify us in writing to arrange the transfer.
Force Majeure: Hatch Ideas is not liable for any cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work to reschedule the retreat or provide alternative options.
Insurance: We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
- Liability
Hatch Ideas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our services. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during any activities. - Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with UK law. - Acceptance of Terms
By booking any paid service with Hatch Ideas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
