At Hatch we supported her for six Sessions from February 2023 – June 2023. We carried out an initial diagnostic to identify growth areas and over a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions enhanced company operations, marketing, sales, studio management and a developed a strategy and plan to attract more large-scale jobs.
Outcomes
Marketing and Sales strategies and plans, defined Value proposition, updated website, improved studio operations, which all led to the employment of a part-time Business Development manager.
